Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between GEO Cleaning, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Customer." This Agreement governs the provision of cleaning services by the Company to the Client.
1. Service Description
1.1 The Company agrees to provide residential/commercial cleaning services as described in the scope of work agreed upon by both parties.
1.2 The cleaning services may include but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and other tasks as specified in the cleaning checklist.
2. Payment
2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the cleaning services, which may vary based on the frequency and scope of services.
2.2 Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods accepted by the Company may include cash, check, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to charge a late fee for payments not received on time.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 The Client must provide at least 48 hours of notice for cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and a new appointment will be arranged.
4. Access
4.1 The Client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. In the event access is denied, a cancellation fee may be charged.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company will take reasonable care while performing cleaning services, but it is not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damage.
5.2 The Company is insured and will cover any damage or loss caused by its employees during the cleaning process, provided the Client reports such incidents within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
5.3 The Client is responsible for notifying the Company of any valuable or fragile items that require special care.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 The Company strives to provide high-quality cleaning services. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service, and the Company will re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
7. Privacy and Security
7.1 The Company respects the privacy and security of the Client's premises and information. All personal information and keys provided by the Client will be kept confidential and secure.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Termination will not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
